Fellbeck Home Care Ltd ("we") is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
If you send us an enquiry, we collect what you choose to give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, village or town, who the care is for and your message. Please don't send detailed medical information through the form; we'll talk about that in person.
Information about the care we provide, such as care plans and visit notes, is covered by a separate privacy notice we give to everyone who uses our services.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you'd like, arrange a home visit or add you to our waiting list.
- If you've asked about working with us, to talk to you about jobs.
Our lawful basis is that you've asked us to contact you, so we have a legitimate interest in replying, or that you've asked us to take steps before entering into an agreement with us. We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our website, email and enquiry form, and they process information only on our instructions. We'll only share your information with anyone else if you ask us to, such as your GP or a family member, or if the law requires it, for example to protect someone from harm.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn't lead to us providing care or employing you, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, the information becomes part of your care or employment record and is kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and website data
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Contact us at [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
